My pups are produced from dogs exhibiting no genetic disorders,
I have a licensed veterinarian inspect every puppy prior to being sold,
thus guaranteeing the puppy to be healthy at time of sale. A record of all vaccinations,
deworming and parasite control will be provided.
The purchased puppy will need follow up vaccines, including rabies, and
Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine also recommended. Also, regular deworming, flea
control, and heartworm prevention.
If the purchased puppy acquires a life threatening infectious disease within the
incubation period subsequent to leaving, and if it can be traced with reasonable
certainty to me, upon return of puppy, I will issue full refund, or replacement
puppy .
In the event of emergence of a life threatening congenital or genetic defect such as
juvenile cataracts, deafness or heart disease, within the first twelve months of the
dogs life-as determined by two qualified veterinarians, I will issue a full refund or
replacement puppy. Refunds for hips or patellas will only be issued in the event that
they affect quality of life.
As all our puppies are sold as pets on no-breed contracts, we require that proof of
spay/neuter be provided before you receive registration papers. Failure to provide
proof of spay/neuter will render this guarantee null and void.
This guarantee is non-transferable, liability is ABSOLUTELY LIMITED to purchase
price
